British Chariot ''Box Body''

Box Body

Close up view Wetwang chariot showing the "box body" made of wood. This "box body" was found in the grave and was though to be used during the later years of the chariot when it no longer was being used for fighting purposes.
The box body was interchangeagle with the lattice flooring.
